Jones Select Custom Clothiers, LLC is completely committed to its customers´ satisfaction. Accordingly, Jones Select Custom Clothier´s return policy for custom-made clothing (uniquely tailored) to each customer´s specification is that we are unable to accept custom clothing returns. Should a garment require alterations, Jones Select Custom Clothiers will take full responsibility and cover all costs incurred in a one-time alteration, provided that the customer´s measurements have not changed (i.e. fluctuation in weight, change in personal design). If the garment cannot be fixed through alterations, Jones Select Custom Clothiers will remake the garment. All custom clothing ordered cannot be guaranteed to look exactly as shown on any featured marketing due to the differences in color settings, size and other screen variables. Our marketing materials and models are not an exact representation of what your finished garment will look like. Returns and alteration requests must be requested within 30 days of your order being shipped or hand delivered. To request return authorization, please email and see below for more details on our policy for alteration/remake requests and any returns.

  1. Alteration and remake request item(s) are shipped to you for Free, one time per order/item. Customer is responsible for shipping any additional item(s) back to us unless other arrangements have been made/offered.
  2. Return Shipping Costs are your responsibility as the Customer unless other arrangements have been made with Jones Select Custom Clothiers.
  3. Alteration request and remake item(s) that arrive in Worn Condition & or Washed Condition will be returned to you.
  4. Alteration requests and remade item(s) could take up to 4-6 weeks to process.
  5. Jones Select Custom Clothiers participates in different collaborations with other organizations. During these events, Jones Select Custom Clothiers may provide a special discount, sale item or free garment. The Jones Select Custom Clothiers one-time alteration policy does not apply under these circumstances. If an alteration is necessary, the customer receiving the garment will be responsible for any costs related to alterations.
  6. Items purchased through a sale promotion (i.e. Christmas, Father’s Day Sale) are deemed to be final and there are no returns or exchanges or credit provided on these items.
